Leadership Accelerator
A focused 8-week leadership intensive for product people who are experienced in product management and want to lead with stance and influence in AI-integrated organizations.
Built for experienced product people who don't need another foundation — they need to sharpen what AI-integrated organizations actually demand: leading with clarity under pressure, on their real cases.
Not an entry point. Not a CPL-1® replacement. Built for those who've mastered the craft and want to sharpen what senior roles actually demand: influence, stance, and decisions that stick.
Eight weeks on the competencies that move the needle in senior roles — nothing else competing for your attention.
For formal and lateral leaders alike. Lead, align, and decide — whether or not the org chart backs you up.
Stay effective when AI accelerates everything around you. Real cases from your work, not textbooks.
Coaching is delivered by ICF-certified coaches, following the international gold-standard in coaching quality, ethics, and professionalism.
Effective leadership starts with you. Reflection, biases, emotional intelligence, and a solid self-leadership frame.
Not more skills. A different way of making sense of complexity.
The Leadership Deep Dive sharpens the capabilities that define senior product leadership. After successful completion of this program, you will be able to:
You leave the program with the ability to lead where product expertise and AI tooling alone are no longer enough. When decisions must be made under pressure — with or without formal authority — you understand how to lead through clarity, stance, and a strong sense of self.
What sets effective leaders apart is vertical development — the capacity to make sense of complexity, hold stance under pressure, and lead through ambiguity. Vertical growth takes guided practice, reflection, and time. This program is built for exactly that — and prepares you for the next level of responsibility and influence.
The Leadership Deep Dive sharpens the capabilities to grow towards senior product leadership. The focus is on the leadership competencies and vertical growth, designed for experienced product people with well developed skills on the product related segments of the compass.

The Leadership Accelerator is tailored for individuals in - or growing into - a leadership role, who do not require or want the “product management” related topics such as in CPL-1® and CPL-2® and want to focus on the leadership part only.
There are no formal prerequisites for regular enrollment.
Basic experience in product development or working with product teams is helpful, but not required.
Some of the learning objectives are covered through online content during the preparatory phase, so that the training days can be dedicated to focusing on and discussing the key learning content, leaving time for questions. After you register and a few weeks before the first training day, you will receive an overview of the modules and the corresponding preparatory materials. These include several videos and the reading of two case studies. You should plan on spending a total of about 6 hours preparing for the training, but you can divide that time however you like.
For live online participation, you will need a stable internet connection, a computer with a camera and microphone, and access to the tools used during the training. We recommend joining from a quiet location where you can actively participate in discussions, exercises, and group work.
From a technical perspective, we use Zoom and Miro. Your company may have restrictive policies regarding approved tools, websites, or protocols. Please check in advance whether the tools listed above are permitted in your work environment and function properly. If necessary, please explore alternative ways to participate, such as joining without a VPN or using a private computer.
Once you have registered as a training participant, you will receive comprehensive information to help you prepare, participate, and familiarize yourself with the tools. This will include technical instructions for checking your infrastructure in advance.
After registration, you will receive access to the learning platform. There you will find the online courses, assignments, workbook material and all relevant information for your cohort.
No. Once you have attended all training sessions and actively participated, we will register you for certification and a certificate PDF and electronic badge will be sent to you via email.
In many cases, employers or public funding programs may support professional development. Funding opportunities vary depending on the country, state, and your personal circumstances. Please understand that we are unable to provide comprehensive information about the funding landscape in the various countries. Please contact your HR or L&D department to get further assistance.
If you cannot attend a session, please let us know as early as possible.
Depending on the format and cohort structure, we will help you catch up through learning materials, assignments or alternative support. For certification, participation and completion requirements still apply (80%).
Special treatment for holidays season: In case you are on vacation/leave, you can leave out and “re-take” up to two weeks of the program and catch up with the rest of the cohort with your return. You will get an extended period for completion for two weeks and have to work on the material afterwards including exercises and written reflection to compensate for the missed our group mentoring/coaching. Contact us if you have any questions regarding this.
Cohort-based training means that you learn together with a group of participants over a defined period of time.
Instead of consuming content alone, you progress through the program together, apply the material to real product challenges, exchange experiences and receive support from trainers, mentors and peers.
Live-online means that the training takes place remotely, but in real time.
You join interactive sessions with trainers and other participants. The format includes teaching, discussion, exercises, group work, reflection and live support.
Yes. We limit the number of participants to ensure interaction, high-quality discussions and meaningful feedback. The exact number may vary by training type, format and cohort. For LAC bootcamps it is 16 people.
