The Leadership Agility 360 assessment helps Leaders understand their current level of leadership agility and identify concrete opportunities for horizontal and vertical development.

Leadership Agility® is especially relevant in environments where change is accelerating, relationships are increasingly interconnected, and Leaders need to step back, gain a broader perspective and translate that perspective into effective action.

The Product Leader 360 assessment was developed by Product Leaders for people who want to grow into stronger, clearer and more effective product leadership. It combines self-assessment with structured feedback from selected feedback providers — peers, managers, stakeholders, team members or other relevant people around the participant.

The goal is to understand how the product leadership role is perceived by the participant and by the people around them. The assessment creates a clear picture of product leadership behavior, stakeholder impact and development potential in a product environment.

This is a multidimensional personality-diagnostic procedure that analyses health-promoting and potentially health-risk-related behavior and experience patterns when dealing with work and professional demands.

Three core areas

Work Engagement

How strongly work matters, how much energy is invested, and where ambition, effort or perfectionism may become costly.

Psychological Resilience

How well someone deals with setbacks, pressure and difficult situations.

Work-Related Emotions

How work is emotionally experienced — inner calm, success experience, life satisfaction and perceived social support.

Across these areas, eleven dimensions are explored: Subjective significance of work, professional ambition, willingness to go the extra mile, striving for perfection, ability to maintain emotional distance, tendency toward resignation in the face of failure, proactive problem-solving, inner peace and balance, sense of professional achievement, life satisfaction and perception of social support.

It helps answer questions such as
